Strategy work is part of every session — the same mental game Bailey used to compete in the SEC, ACC, and pro ball, translated for youth and teen pitchers.
We set small goals every session, celebrate the wins, and raise the standard. Confidence on the mound shows up everywhere else, too.
Bailey pitched at the University of Tennessee (SEC) and the University of North Carolina (ACC), where she was a two-time All-Academic selection at both programs. She then played and coached professionally in Germany. Today she is a high school pitching coach, head coach for a competitive travel team, and a private instructor in the Salt Lake Valley. Every session draws on that experience — translated into mechanics, pitching IQ, and confidence work for youth and teen pitchers.
